Each edition keeps the details the stores ask for, in its own language: the subtitle, the series, the author's name as this edition shows it, contributors such as the translator, the description, keywords and categories.
What you need: a description of the book in the edition's language. The back-cover text from the cover editor is a good start.
What you get: details checked against KDP's limits as you type, and filled into every store kit. Drafts are kept even when they run over a limit, so you never lose text.
Example: the showcase book's Polish edition has its own description and keywords, and credits its translator.
