Readers' devices choose fonts, hyphenation and pronunciation by language. The studio sets the edition's language on every page of the ebook and keeps the passages your manuscript marks as another language, so a few lines of Latin or French in an English novel are read and hyphenated as such.
Language metadata and hyphenation
Each edition's language is set on every page, and passages in other languages are marked.
