When you approve a translation's style bible, its names, key terms and repeated lines go into your glossary, for that language pair and the book's series (the series name on the edition's Details tab). The next book's translation into the same language starts from them: its style bible keeps your decisions as they are.
On the Glossary page you can change any entry, add your own, move an entry to every book (no series), or remove it. A series' own entries come first; entries with no series apply to every book that doesn't have its own.
To work on many entries at once, Download the glossary as a spreadsheet (a CSV file, which Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice open), change it there, and add the file back. Its columns are Source language, Target language (codes like en, pl or pt-BR), Series (empty for every book), Kind (name, term or repeated line), Original, Translation and Note; a sheet of your own works too, as long as its first row names the columns. Before anything changes you see what the sheet would add and change, and the rows it can't take. An entry is matched by its languages, series and original words, in any case. Rows you take out of the sheet stay in the glossary: remove those on the page.
