The Checklist tab of each edition lists what's left before the book is out, and after: what the studio can see is marked for you, and what only you can know is yours to tick.
- Make the book. The manuscript, each format built and checked, and each cover saved and checked.
- Describe it for the stores. The store details, the AI-use answers, prices, ISBNs for print, and the KDP kit.
- Publish it yourself. Each store in the upload tracker, marked live once readers can buy the book; a printed proof; your Amazon Author Central page; and, where a fixed book price law applies (Germany, Austria, France, Spain and others), one price at every store.
- Launch it. The launch kit, images for your posts, the book page, free days if the ebook is in KDP Select, reviews asked for, and launch day itself.
